A family whose vehicle was caught up in a collision involving Caitlyn Jenner has issued the reality TV star with a lawsuit.
The Wolf-Milesi family from Malibu say they sustained serious injuries in the multiple-vehicle crash in February.
It has been alleged that Ms Jenner - who was known by her former identity of Bruce Jenner at the time - drove into the back of one vehicle, pushing it into the path of the oncoming vehicle in which the Wolf-Milesis were travelling.
The woman in the car that was rear-ended died.
The lawsuit claiming negligence, filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, states that Peter Wolf-Milesi suffered serious wrist injuries and his one-month old son was unresponsive after the accident, which occurred on the Pacific Coast Highway, California.
Mr Wolf-Milesi's wife also sustained blunt-force injuries and requires ongoing treatment, the suit states.
It adds that two others were also seriously injured.
The suit says: "The emotional effects of being involved in a collision that has taken the life of another has caused tremendous distress and suffering for the Wolf-Milesi family."
Police carried out a criminal investigation at the time and decided not to press charges for vehicular manslaughter against Ms Jenner.
They did, however, find that the 66-year-old was travelling at an unsafe speed for the conditions.
The accident occurred before Ms Jenner announced she is transgender and transitioned into her new identity as Caitlyn, a process that was filmed for TV cameras.
While she was called Bruce, Jenner was married Kris, nee Kardashian, and had two daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
After the accident, Ms Jenner said in a statement: "It is a devastating tragedy. I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them."
She has also been issued with separate lawsuits by the stepchildren of Kim Howe, the woman who died, and the driver of another car involved in the collision.
