Tyson Fury's rise to fame - in 60 seconds

Manchester's Tyson Fury was born in 1988 to a family with a heritage of bare-knuckle boxing dating as far back as the 19th century.

In his amateur boxing days, Fury was often seen as a daunting opponent with his striking 6ft 9ins frame.

Initially representing both England and Ireland, he turned professional in 2008 shortly after winning and ABA Championship.

In 2011 he faced Dereck Chisora for the British and Commonwealth titles - winning both on a unanimous points decision.

Three years later in 2014, Fury again defeated Chisora who retired at the end of the tenth round.

On Saturday, Fury faces Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko for the world heavyweight title at Dusseldorf's Esprit arena.
