Sir Paul McCartney was left wondering what else he needed to do to prove his celebrity status - when he was turned away from a Grammys after-party.
The former Beatle - arguably one of the most famous faces in the world - tried in vain to persuade bouncers to let him into the bash at the Argyle nightclub in Hollywood.
A video published by website TMZ shows the exchange as the 21-Grammy Award winner had a second attempt at getting in.
His friends, singer Beck and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, were also refused entry into the party hosted by rapper Tyga.

McCartney then turns to his fellow musicians, who between them have 30 Grammys, and is heard saying: "How VIP do we got to get?"
He added: "We need another hit guys, we need another hit. Work on it!"
Beck replies: "Next year, next year..."
The trio then headed off to the Hyde nightclub for Mark Ronson's Republic Records party.
Later, Tyga said he had no part in snubbing the ex-Beatle, tweeting: "Why would I deny @PaulMcCartney stop it. He's a legend.
"I don't control the door. I had no knowledge SIR PAUL was there. I just performed and left."
