Katie Price has tweeted she was "so angry and upset" after online trolls mocked her teenage son Harvey.
They posted cruel images and messages about the disabled 13-year-old, some on a fake account set up in his name.
Harvey - whose father is former footballer Dwight Yorke - is blind, autistic and has Prader-Willi syndrome which causes him to always feel hungry.
In angry posts on Twitter and Instagram, mother-of-five Price shared screenshots of the abuse and called on her followers to help identify the trolls.
Referring to the fake account, the model and TV personality, formerly known as Jordan, tweeted: "Who is allowed to set up a site like this?
must say so many people on all my social media right now being supportive and giving more info on other people mocking my son I will report

"Does anybody know this person as I'm sure the police will find out."
Meanwhile on Instagram, Price shared a post from someone who joked about sexually assaulting Harvey.
The star wrote: "Please help find and name and shame this disgusting human being."
There should be more done to stop this happening to people like me and others so angry and upset

Following a separate abusive post from a troll, she tweeted: "Another disgusting human being needs to be found named and shamed."
The celebrity also wrote: "There should be more done to stop this happening to people like me and others", adding that she was "so angry and upset".
Price came under fire recently after she suggested on TV show Loose Women she would have aborted Harvey if she had known he would be born blind.
I've realised so many people mocking my son out of all my children they pick on the one with disability

She said she would have been frightened about the prospect of having a disabled child but was pleased she did not terminate the pregnancy, later tweeting: "Harvey is my life and I am so proud of him!"
