A man who appeared on the cable TV reality show Pawn Stars has been arrested in Las Vegas on weapon and drug charges, according to police.
Austin Lee Russell, better known as Chumlee on the popular show, was taken into custody on Wednesday night when officers serving a search warrant in a sexual assault investigation found methamphetamine, marijuana and at least one gun at his home in southwest Las Vegas.
Officer Larry Hadfield, a spokesman for Las Vegas Police Department, said the investigation stemmed from a recent complaint by a woman.
Russell, 33, was not booked on the sex-crime allegation.
He is being held pending an initial court appearance on 19 drug possession charges and one weapons charge, according to Clark County Detention Center.
His bail has been set at $62,000.
Pawn Stars follows staff at the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop on Las Vegas Boulevard, a 24-hour family business which opened in 1989.
The series, shown on the History Channel, has become one of the network's highest rated shows with 12 seasons.
A spokesman for A&E Network and the History Channel declined to comment on the arrest.
