A WOMAN allegedly reached over and groped a female passenger during a packed flight.
Heidi McKinney, 26, was flying from Las Vegas to Portland, Oregon, on Sunday when she touched the woman’s breasts and genitalia without consent, police say.
Authorities were alerted to the incident by the crew on Alaska Airlines Flight 621, and once the plane landed they interviewed the alleged victim, who said the touching was not consensual.
Ms McKinney was taken into custody, where she was charged with third-degree sexual abuse and her bail was set at £1730 ($3391).
However she was released the following day, with charges dropped after a “no complaint” disposition was filed that afternoon.
Heidi McKinney was released.
US Federal officials will review the case.
The charges were dropped.
