Wladimir Klitschko's rise to fame - in 60 seconds

Havyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko was born in the USSR in 1976, which is modern day Kazakhstan.

As an amateur boxer, Klitschko had just 6 defeats to 134 wins.

In 1996, he took gold at the Atlanta Olympics taking his brother Vitali's place in the Ukranian team.

The same year Klitschko turned pro, facing 24 undefeated fights and only being knocked out three times between 1998 and 2004.

Klitschko holds a number of titles as one of the longest serving heavyweight boxer, including IBF, WBO and IBO.

On Saturday, Klitschko faces English boxer Tyson Fury for the world heavyweight title at Dusseldorf's Esprit arena.
