Premier League clubs are used to seeing their FA Cup hopes endangered by tricky opponents.
But Everton had a far more difficult job in removing a stray cat from their Goodison Park pitch than they did Dagenham and Redbridge in their third round victory today.

Everton goalkeeper Joel Robles was attempting to take a goal-kick when the cat wandered onto the pitch and planted itself on the edge of the penalty area.
As it showed no intention of moving, Robles had to break off from his preparations and shoo the moggy from the field.
Everton were already winning the game 2-0, but the intervention brightened up a fairly mediocre day of FA Cup football.

The game is on hold due to a cat being on the pitch. Joel Robles asks it to politely move... and it does. Game on! #EFCvDAG

@Everton the only decent cat at the club at the moment.
