Is A New Radiohead Album Release Imminent?

There is excitement among Radiohead fans that a new album is being prepared for release after the band set up a new company online.

Followers of the group noticed that Dawn Chorus LLP was launched in October 2015, which is a move used before the two previous studio albums were released.

In July 2007, they founded Xurbia Xendless Ltd in advance of In Rainbows, released in October 2007, while in December 2010 they formed Ticker Tape Ltd before The King of Limbs went on sale in February 2011.

If Dawn Chorus is to the follow the same pattern of around three months from the launch of a company, it means news of the album could come any day now.

Sky News has contacted a representative for Radiohead for a comment but has received no response.

Last month the band revealed that they had been asked to record the theme song for the James Bond film Spectre which was not used.

Thom Yorke said things "didn't work out" but the band released the track on Soundcloud for free anyway.

Sam Smith went on to record Writing's On The Wall for the film.
