Kit's A Boy! Rooney Reveals Baby Name

Footabller Wayne Rooney has announced the arrival of his new baby boy, Kit Joseph Rooney, to his millions of Twitter followers.

The Manchester United striker already has two sons - six-year-old Kai and two-year-old Klay - with his wife Coleen.

On Sunday night he he told his 12.5 million followers the news.

"Our gorgeous little boy arrived today. Kit Joseph Rooney. 8lb 1oz. We are over the moon."

It is believed that Coleen, 29, was admitted to the Liverpool Women's Hospital on Saturday ahead of the birth as Wayne, 30, captained Manchester United at Old Trafford.

It comes after the star had hinted to well-wishers on Friday that his heavily pregnant  wife could be in labour, posting a family photo on Instagram.
