Carole King has said she "can't wait" to come to London to perform her most famous album Tapestry in full for the first time.
The American singer-songwriter will play at the British Summer Time (BST) festival in Hyde Park on 3 July.
It will be her first UK performance in more than 25 years.
King, who is the subject of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical in the West End, said: "I'm coming to London and can't wait to perform Tapestry from beginning to end for the first time ever.
"How perfect to be doing that in the heart of one of my favourite cities."
King wrote a string of hits in New York in the 1960s with her late husband Gerry Goffin including Will You Love Me Tomorrow for The Shirelles, Up On The Roof for The Drifters, and (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman for Aretha Franklin.
After divorcing Goffin, she moved to California and wrote Tapestry which was released in 1971 and has sold more than 25 million copies.
It received four Grammy awards in 1972, including album of the year.
The album includes the songs You've Got A Friend, I Feel The Earth Move and Will You Love Me Tomorrow.
Eagles vocalist and drummer Don Henley and King's daughter, singer Louise Goffin, are also part of the concert line-up.
Tickets go on sale on Friday.
