Leeds United are attempting to block Sky Sports' live screening of their Championship game against Derby in protest at being shown too frequently on television.
According to reports, the Yorkshire club's owner Massimo Cellino is unhappy that Leeds' regular appearances on TV have damaged attendances.
The game against Derby at Elland Road this evening will be the ninth time they have been shown on live television this season.
Massimo Cellino is unhappy at too much TV coverage
Leeds denied Sky access to their stadium yesterday, preventing them from bringing cameras and other equipment to the ground in readiness for the live broadcast.
It was reported in The Mirror that Cellino instructed club staff to deny Sky access, despite it apparently representing a breach of contract.
Derby have also been selected for live TV coverage nine times this season, along with Nottingham Forest. No Championship club have been selected for coverage more frequently.
Leeds' average attendance of 23,387 is the third highest in the division, behind Derby and Brighton.
Sky have already shown Leeds live eight times
As of this morning, Sky have not made any changes to their planned schedule with the Football League still talking to Leeds in an attempt to resolve the dispute.
A Football League spokesman said: "The League has been made aware that Sky personnel have been unable to access Elland Road as previously arranged.
"We have contacted Leeds United to remind the club of its obligations to our broadcast partner and to ask them for their observations."
