AN IRATE mum unleashed a blue streak at American Airlines staff at New York’s LaGuardia Airport for a 12-hour delay that derailed her dream Disney cruise and left her daughter in tears.

“Don’t give me this bulls**t! You’re all going to pay for my Disney cruise and you’re going to pay for everything else here,” the unidentified, unhinged woman bellows in video posted to YouTube.

She begins to walk away but then returns to the gate agent and screams: “I’m getting everyone’s name here because you’re all in s**t! I want everything!

“I’m sorry, you lied to me! You lied to me! I’m sitting here since 8 o’clock with a nine-year-old who’s waiting for her vacation and my 13-year-old and me,” she yells.

“If there’s no flight just say there’s no flight. Say there’s no flight!”

The profane outburst in front of stunned passengers at Gate D8 was posted to Facebook, where it garnered more than half a million views.

“I could have driven there in the four hours I have been waiting here,” she says about 2am.

Airport meltdown

A girl is seen grabbing her shoulder to calm her down, but she continues her tirade: ‘I’m getting what we want! We’re waiting all our lives for this! I’m waiting for this Disney cruise for a year already!”

Police were eventually called to help restore order as the throng waited for Flight AA2240.

The flight was scheduled to depart at 9pm on March 24 but high winds forced it to be delayed in Philadelphia until nearly 1am the following day. It finally arrived at LaGuardia and departed at about 9am on March 25.

Jade Weng, the passenger who took the video, accused airline staff of a “lack of communication and sympathy,” the Daily Mail reported. She said passengers were given food vouchers worth $15.60 but no hotel vouchers.

American Airlines said it offers passengers affected by bad weather a voucher for a discounted rate at an available hotel.
